How to find the username back

Is my device supported?

iPYGG is available on App Store and Play Store. For iPhone users, iOS 11.0 devices are supported. For Android devices, there are more than 90% devices are supported.

Is this age appropriate for my child?

iPYGG is appropriate for everyone who is above 18 year old.

How do I cancel my account?

We're sorry to hear that you'd like to close your iPYGG account and hope to reconnect with you in the future! If you’re using an Android or our web app, please complete the closure process on the iPYGG website here. 1) Tap the menu in the right-hand buttom of your screen.
2) Select “Settings”
3) Select “Manage My Account”
4) Select “Close Account” Please note, any pending investments that have not begun processing will be cancelled upon closure. Investments that have begun processing cannot be cancelled but will be liquidated and transferred to your funding source once the investments finish processing. You can check your Past screen to see if there are any processing investments. Once you request to close your account, your funds will be liquidated and returned to your funding source in 3-6 business days.

Is iPYGG Available outside the Hong Kong and Singapore?

At present, iPYGG is only available to HK/SG citizens or legal residents who currently reside in the Hong Kong/Singapore. Exceptions are made for those who are temporarily overseas.

Why does it take 1-5 days for my iPYGG account to be approved?

Your security is our primary concern, so we take every measure to verify that you are you! If all of your information is accurate, we typically verify and approve accounts same-day. If there is a delay, it may be because there is missing information. As soon as we know what additional information is needed, we send you an alert. Please check the email you provided during registration, or look for an in-app alert, and we’ll walk you through a few steps for verification. We apologize for any inconvenience, and promise to keep your security as our top concern.


What are Round-Ups?

Every time you buy something, like groceries, gas or coffee, we round the purchase up to the next dollar and invest that spare change into your iPYGG Invest account for you.

How do I adjust my Round-Ups settings?

Tap on Middle button on the taps and press Round-Ups settings.


How long does it take to invest money?

Investments may take 1-3 days to process because we're only able to purchase shares of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) while the market is open. Also, we use electronic debits from your bank to transfer money into your iPYGG account, which may take 1 to 2 days to process.

Can I receive a cheque for my withdrawal?

Because iPYGG is solely an online investing platform, we do not mail paper checks for withdrawals. If you do not have access to the checking account previously used to fund your investments and want to withdrawal funds, we make changing funding sources easy so your funds can be transferred back electronically. If you would like to change your funding source, please complete these steps: 1. From the Taps, select Settings
2. Select Funding Source
3. Select Change Funding Source at the bottom of the screen
4. Enter the Routing and Account numbers for the new checking account you want to fund your investments To ensure your account’s security, we may require documentation verifying your ownership of both the current and new funding sources. If your account requires additional verification, please follow the prompts on the iPYGG website and app for additional details. If you experience any difficulty changing your funding source, feel free to contact us.

What's Cashback with iPYGG

iPYGG allows more than 50 leading brands to invest a set amount or a percentage of your purchase price directly into your iPYGG Invest account when you spend with them. Cashback rewards are typically invested in your Invest account between 30 and 90 days after you make a purchase with one of our partners. You should see any pending rewards in the Earn Cashback section within 3-7 business days of your transaction. iPYGG's offers may have eligibility requirements, such as being a new user, starting a subscription or making a purchase within the same session you tapped to get an offer. Check the offer details for the complete requirements and consider installing our Google Chrome extension for easy access when using your Chrome browser. You can also now earn even more Cashback through your iPYGG Visa debit card. Local partner restaurants and retailers may invest a percentage of any purchase you make on your iPYGG Visa debit card into your Invest account, automatically. Tips for making an eligible Cashback purchase: If you are using any other promotions, discounts, gift cards or coupons, make sure they do not disqualify you from receiving Cashback. Ensure that ad-blockers or cookie blockers are disabled on your device. These can prevent iPYGG from recognizing your purchase and may make you ineligible for Cashback. Do not activate other cash back/reward sites or browser extensions. Otherwise, your purchase might be associated with a service other than iPYGG. Click the offer link in the iPYGG app and make the purchase in the same session. Check that you are using an iPYGG-linked card.

When will I see my Cashback?

You should receive an email notification and see your pending rewards in the Cashback section within 3-7 business days of your transaction. Cashback rewards are credited to your account between 90 and 120 days after you make a purchase with one of our partners. Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Terms and Conditions for each offer to ensure you receive your reward.

Do I need to download another app for Found Money?

No. All you need is an active iPYGG Invest account with a linked credit or debit card(s). You can view current offers in the Cashback section after you log in to your iPYGG account.

Are there any limits to how many offers I can redeem?

While there are no limits to the number of total Cashback offers you can redeem, each individual offer may have limits to the number of rewards you are eligible to receive.

What am I investing in?

How much does it cost to use iPYGG?

It is free to use iPYGG with transferring money, setting financial target and invest with the Cashback Money (with investment, management fee will be charged.) With the Professional (Adults) subscription pricing, Users with a balance of at least $24,000 paid 2% per year whereas with a balance below $24,000, Users need to pay $20 per month/ $240 per year. Users can access banking accounts aggregation, fiancial planner online, Round up savings & Micro-Investment. With the Student & Frash Graduates (within 2 year) subscription pricing, Users can enjoy half price discount with a balance of at least $24,000 paid 1% per year whereas with a balance below $24,000, Users shall just pay $10 per month/ $120 per year. Users can access banking accounts aggregation, fiancial planner online, Round up savings & Micro-Investment.

How do I add funds to my investment portfolio?

Once your account is approved, simply open up the app, go to the "Investment" screen. Enter the amount and click "Invest".

What are Round-Ups?

Round up savings is the way users can save extra while spending with the linked credit cards. Users can choose rounding up the amount from single digit (e.g. 7.8 to 8), double digit (e.g. 7.8 to 10) to triple digit (e.g. 7.8 to 100). the extra will be deducted from the Bank Savings Account.
